The Link Between Measurement and Simulation

Relying solely on computer models carries risks when material parameters are not known exactly. ASCEE solves this by directly calibrating COMSOL simulations with data from our acoustic laboratory in Nijverdal. By measuring the absorption coefficient and impedance in advance using our µZ impedance tube, computational models align with physical reality. This shortens the design cycle and prevents the need for corrections later on.
